Mike Holcomb, President, The Home Inspector General, Inc. gave a LEED for Homes Overview presentation at the Chicago Architecture Foundation, on 7/8/08. LEED for Homes is a voluntary rating system that promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes, including affordable housing, mass-production homes, custom designs, stand-alone single-family, duplexes and townhouses, and low-rise apartments or condominiums.
